Why the dipole moment of NH3 is greater than NF3 though fluorine is more electronegative than chlorine?

In NH3 nitrogen is heavy and hydrogen is light therefore the dipole moment will be towards nitrogen and in NF3 nitrogen and fluorine both are bulkier therforefore there will be repulsion and there allignment takes place in such a way that dipole moment becomes zero..
