Why are Asian women so lazy but Asian men are not?

Why do American women have jobs and take care of kids while Asian women just hire maids? Also, why do people claim Asian women are discriminated against in Asian when men have to go through 2 years of military service therefore any discrimination equals out and thats assuming there is discrimination. Furthermore, why do Asian guys pamper their girlfriends so much? Asian guys are incredibly hard working but Asian women are just stuck-up and good for nothing but sex jobs and whining. If Asia (and China especially) wants to become equal to Europe and America economically, the women will have to stop being so lazy.
