How do i get all the stuff back on my ipod?

ok so about a month ago these girls smashed my dipole and now i just got a new one. but i cant figure out how to get all my apps back on my ipod..i already synced it and i have all my music and pictures but i dont have my apps..does anyone kno how to fix this??
