How would you know if an element has London dispersion or dipoledipole forces by lookingat themolecule?(exCO2)?

Ok I am asked to be told by this ch review to give the intermolecular force of the molecules that they give me. Now I know how to identify a hydrogen bond because all it takes is to find a molecule that has Hydrogen in it. But how do you tell the difference btween London and Dipole Dipole
