Need recipe for Pampered Cheff Caesar Salad Dressing?

Pampered sold an item to make home made dressings in it and on the outside of the cylinder is the measurements to make different kinds of salad dressings one being the Caesar Salad Dressing. I found a creamy recipe online but it was different from what I can remember. I know it called for lemon juice, parmesean cheese, olive oil, garlic, black pepper but not sure what else and the measurements. If anyone could help I would so appreciate it. Thanks.
