Solutions, how do i know if its a weak or strong acid: @chemical engineers!!?

Also how do i know if a substance is a non electrolyte. Is that when the substance has only dispersion forces and cant overcome the hydrogen bonds??? Is that the same with dipole dipole molecules. If you have some extra tips with solutions and how they dissociate pls share them. thanks.
